Community guidelines
Reviews, comments and submissions are what make the Hub useful. These rules keep them honest. They are short on purpose.
Updated
For everyone
- Write from your own experience. Say what you saw, not what you heard.
- Be specific and civil. Criticise bots, not people.
- No spam, no ads, no affiliate links, no links to malware or phishing.
- Do not post anyone's personal data: emails, phone numbers, addresses, private messages. If you share a bot's output, change the names first.
- No hate, harassment, threats or sexual content.
- One person, one account. Do not impersonate anyone.
Reviews
- Review only a bot you added and used. The review form asks you to confirm that.
- One review per account per bot. You can edit or delete yours at any time.
- Write at least 20 characters about what the bot did for you, and at most 2,000.
- Do not review your own bot, and do not review a competitor's. A creator who claimed a listing cannot review it; replying is the way to answer.
- Do not offer or accept anything in exchange for a review or a rating.
- Tell others what matters for trust: how long setup took, what the bot touched in your accounts, and whether it did anything you did not expect.
Creator replies
A verified creator can reply to reviews of their own bots, once per review, in up to 1,000 characters. Thank, explain or fix. Do not argue with the reviewer or ask them to change the rating.
Comments on stacks
Keep comments about the stack and its bots, between a few words and 2,000 characters. Questions, tips and setup notes are welcome. Self-promotion is not.
Submitting a bot
- Submit only a public share link (
x.ai/bot/<id>) that its creator chose to share. - Describe the bot as it is. Pick its real main job and the apps it touches.
- Say honestly what it can do: Reads, Drafts or Acts, and tick every risk flag that applies. A bot that turns out to do more than its listing says loses trust fast.
- Every submission waits for moderation. A link we already list is marked as a duplicate.
- Built the bot? Claim your creator profile to manage the listing, or ask us to remove it.
Reporting a problem
Every bot page has a "Report a problem with this bot" link for a broken link, wrong information or an unsafe bot. To report a review or a comment, or anything else, write to [email protected] with the link.
Moderation and appeals
- We may hide a review or a comment that breaks these rules. Hidden reviews do not count toward a bot's rating. We do not edit what you wrote.
- We may reject a submission, retire a listing, or suspend an account that keeps breaking the rules.
- Paying for a placement never protects a bot or a review from these rules.
- Think we got it wrong? Write to [email protected] and we will look again.
