FAQ

Where is the official Grok Bot status page?

xAI's troubleshooting docs point to status.cursor.com and its “Grok Bot” row (it redirects to status.x.ai). The Grok Bot app itself doesn't show service status. You can subscribe to updates there.

What should I do while Grok Bot is down?

Wait for the incident to be resolved, then send your message again. Don't reset the Bot's computer or reinstall the app: neither fixes a service problem, and a reset can lose very recent changes.
